Service Terms and Conditions

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:

• Invoiced on a monthly basis around the 28th of the month (paid within 3 days)
• Packages can be increased/decreased as and when needed depending on the demand of your business. If at any time, you wish to cancel these hours two weeks’ notice must be given so we can arrange a handover
• All information such as passwords will be treated with strict confidence and will not be shared.

 
WEBSITE PAY MONTHLY:

• First monthly payment to be paid prior to website design being started
• Though this is a pay monthly service, if you wish to close your website, or would like it handed over to yourself, a fee of £100 is due. This is to cover the time spent designing your website.
• Updates and blog writing are included within this package
• Domain and Hosting fees are included within the £29.99 / £35.99 per month
• Turnaround time 2-4 weeks

 
WEBSITE UPFRONT COST:

• Payment to be paid in full before design can take place
• Hosting/Domain fee approx. £70.00 will need to be paid once a year, and renewal date will be provided. Don’t worry, I will remind you closer to the time too!
• You will be provided with log in details for your website for your ongoing management, or updates are charged at £20.00 per hour
• Turnaround time 2-4 weeks

• Payment to be paid in full before design can take place
• Turnaround time 1-2 weeks
• Delivery once artwork has been approved 7-10 days
